First European Resort
North America’s largest owner, operator and developer of family-oriented indoor waterpark resorts, Great Wolf Lodge opened its first resort in Wisconsin Dells in 1997. Bicester has been selected for the first European resort due to its proximity to London and between other major urban centres, as well as links to the motorway network.

Detailing Design
Following the granting of planning permission, we have now completed the purchase of the property on which we plan to develop our first Great Wolf Lodge indoor water park resort outside of North America.
£200 million Investment
This represents the beginning of a £200 million investment by Great Wolf Resorts into the local community and economy, which includes the creation of 1,000 jobs during the construction phase and approximately 600 jobs when in operation.

Detailing Design
Following the granting of planning permission, we have now completed the purchase of the property on which we plan to develop our first Great Wolf Lodge indoor water park resort outside of North America. We are commencing with detailed design ahead of works starting on site, with a target completion of late 2024.

We’re looking forward to welcoming local families to the resort once open, and plan to provide a discounted passes for local residents to experience the Great Wolf Lodge facilities.
