Our proposal for Great Wolf Lodge Oxfordshire involves the development of the site to deliver a fun and family-friendly new resort. It will consist of 504 guest suites, an indoor water park, restaurants, an adventure park filled with attractions, an arcade, retail outlets, and more.

The location of this proposed Great Wolf Lodge is situated in Chesterton, close to Bicester with great links to the M40.

The Proposed Development will deliver significant economic, social and environmental benefits, including substantial and far-reaching investment in the area, creating a range of employment opportunities – an average of 240 jobs on site during the construction phase and approximately 600 jobs when in operation. The operation will also generate additional local spin-off jobs and wider economic benefits created through demand for local goods and services in the area, support district-wide tourist initiatives and provide access for local community use.

Planning permission was granted in 2021 and work has begun to prepare the site and connect the utilities and install highways infrastructure.
